During his time as Manager of Accounting Services at Balanced Asset Solutions, he led a team in delivering full-cycle accounting services to 20+ clients, specializing in financial audits, GAAP-compliant reporting, and complex software migrations. He was also an integral part of the Balanced Asset Solutions team, helping the company grow substantially during his time with them. Benito’s background also includes extensive work in legal and financial services, where he successfully managed a firm-wide operational wind-down, vendor negotiations, and compliance-driven document handling.
